Capabilities // Chicago production
Frisimos USA turns cable, connector, length, shielding, test, labeling, and packaging requirements into a domestic finished-cable operation.
Cable families
Start with the construction and connector your program needs. Frisimos USA works from a defined product brief through finished cable output, including the testing and fulfillment details that carry the product to market.

Configuration review
Bring the connector, construction, and volume you have in mind.Program envelope
These standard platform reference points help frame materials, connector, test protocol, labeling, packing, and fulfillment. Final production scope is confirmed for each cable construction.
Ethernet patch cords, industrial Ethernet, M series, and multicore cable programs.
A standard reference range for automated cable handling.
Solid or stranded internal conductors, specified around the required cable construction.
A standard program envelope; higher counts are reviewed against the product requirements.
Foil and braid handling are specified to the shielding construction and application.
RJ45, M8/M12, and compatible circular connector systems can be evaluated for the cable program.
Standard cut-length reference: 0.3 to 20 m. Construction, connector, test, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment requirements determine the final program scope.
Production questions
Use these planning answers to decide whether a domestic, managed cable assembly program is the right next step for your team.
Frisimos USA supplies finished cable assemblies through a managed domestic production program. The automated platform supports assembly, connectivity testing, traceability, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment for the finished cable.
The standard program envelope includes network and industrial finished-cable programs, including RJ45, M8, M12, and compatible circular connector systems. Reference points include 23–28 AWG conductors, 4.0 to 10.0 mm outer diameter, 2 to 8 internal wires, and common shielding constructions. Final scope is confirmed for each cable construction.
Each cable receives inline connectivity testing as part of the production flow. Machine-controlled traceability connects the finished cable to its production history.
Toll manufacturing begins with customer-supplied cable material, product specification, and brand. Turnkey or white-label programs include Frisimos USA material sourcing and a managed production path to the finished cable.
Choose your production path
The starting conditions change. The automated production, connectivity testing, and fulfillment discipline stays connected to the same Frisimos USA operating system.
Toll manufacturing
Frisimos USA receives the program inputs and runs the automated cable assembly operation.
Turnkey / white label
You receive a finished cable under your brand with the production path managed by Frisimos USA.
One managed production system turns either starting condition into the same controlled cable program.
Finished cable moves from Chicago automation into labeling, packaging, and fulfillment for the destination and brand you specify.
BABA ready supply conversationChicago final assembly and the U.S. sourced material discussion provide a practical starting point for evaluating domestic content requirements with your team.
A concrete first step
Confirm annual volume and product specifications. Then price and schedule a pilot that demonstrates the automated domestic production path.
